We need an English-fluent Fullstack Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, and GraphQL.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and customer support, to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Ensure application stability by debugging and fixing production issues quickly and effectively.
- Contribute to system reliability by understanding and supporting AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Participate in asynchronous development workflows, including code reviews and pull requests.
- Work independently, managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions without the need for micromanagement.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
- Strong full-stack background with:
○ React
○ Python/Django
○ GraphQL - Exposure to DevOps, with the ability to:
○ Understand AWS systems and infrastructure.
○ Debug environment and deployment issues.
○ Keep systems stable and running smoothly. - Strong proficiency with Git/GitHub, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative workflows.
- Strong experience using JavaScript, with a solid understanding of core concepts, best practices, and common patterns.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, including type definitions, interfaces, generics, and writing strongly typed, scalable code.
- Experience working with AI tools, APIs, and frameworks, such as LLM integration, automation, or AI-assisted features.
- Practical experience building applications with Next.js.
- Validation + testing mindset: Demonstrates habits for verifying correctness (logs, quick checks) and can add/describe basic unit tests where appropriate.
- Strong debugging skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving production issues
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,800 - $5,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
