We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Sales Conversion & Client Acquisition Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

I. Client Conversion & Closure (Primary Focus)

  • Take Ownership of Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs): Engage with warm leads promptly, build rapport, and lead them confidently through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Conduct Executive-Level Sales Conversations: Speak credibly with clinic owners, office managers, and providers about how our services improve financial outcomes, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Navigate Objections and Close Deals: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and lead prospects to a signed contract.
  • Bridge to Onboarding: Support the new client relationship until they’re handed off to the onboarding manager, ensuring a strong start and early satisfaction.
  • Build Trust and Confidence: Position the company as a reliable, high-value partner through clear, responsive, and professional communication.

II. Sales Process Execution

  • Create & Tailor Closing Assets: Customize sales materials (e.g., ROI breakdowns, case studies, compliance support summaries) that directly address prospect needs and objections.
  • Maintain a Clean Pipeline: Use CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track conversations, forecast accurately, and ensure follow-ups are timely.
  • Refine Closing Techniques: Share frontline feedback on objections, messaging, and competitive positioning to continually sharpen the sales approach.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of success in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development roles with revenue responsibility.
  • Proven ability to convert qualified leads into recurring service contracts, ideally  in healthcare or professional services.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, value-based sales conversations from introduction to close.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable in high-trust, consultative selling environments.
  • Proficient in CRM-based pipeline management and sales tracking.
  • Direct experience selling Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare IT services.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare provider landscape, including common operational pain points.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and its relevance to service delivery.
  • Experience managing short sales cycles (0–90 days) with a sense of urgency and discipline.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 to $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.

Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.

Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
If you were contacted directly by a member of our team and are interested in this opportunity, please do not apply through this link. Instead, reach out to the person who contacted you to coordinate a meeting.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
