We need an English-fluent Full stack Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, and GraphQL.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and customer support, to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure application stability by debugging and fixing production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to system reliability by understanding and supporting AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in asynchronous development workflows, including code reviews and pull requests.
  • Work independently, managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions without the need for micromanagement.
  • Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Full stack Engineer

  • Strong full-stack background with:

    • React (frontend)

    • Python/Django (backend)

    • GraphQL (good working knowledge)


  • Exposure to DevOps, with ability to:

    • Understand AWS systems and infrastructure

    • Debug environment and deployment issues

    • Keep systems stable and running smoothly

  • Strong debugging skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving production issues

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
