As a Lead Principal Engineer, you will be a technical and a people’s leader in a revolutionary 3D DRAM Technology Development team. As a leader, you would be managing critical Dry Etch driven modules, build process roadmaps for future technologies, work in close collaboration with equipment team, guide capital strategy, create cost reduction efforts and help build equipment roadmap for current and future technology. You would be engaging with suppliers to develop the processes and equipment needed to meet Micron’s technology roadmap for advanced DRAM nodes. You will work directly with Process Integration and other process areas including Dry Etch, Metals, CVD, Diffusion, Lithography and CMP.
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage efforts and setting the strategy for developing process technology for assigned products in Process R&D.
