About the Role

We are on the lookout for a highly creative and seasoned 3D Designer with a keen understanding of the YouTube space. As a member of our Thumbnail team, you will be entrusted with the task of crafting visually stunning and realistic assets that help to captivate our audience. Advanced knowledge in Blender is a must for this role, and we are particularly interested in individuals with an exceptional proficiency in modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering. If you are ready to bring your 3D design expertise to new heights and make a significant impact in the YouTube space, we encourage you to apply!

What you’ll be doing:

- Develop and bring to life a diverse range of realistic 3D assets, showcasing your skills from conception to completion.

- Craft pre-visuals to conceptualize and enhance thumbnail ideas, staying at the forefront of current trends and best practices in the thumbnail space.

- Collaborate seamlessly with a team of concept artists and designers to transform initial ideas into final, eye-catching thumbnails.

- Take on additional tasks as assigned, contributing your unique talents to various projects.

- Solid understanding of scene lighting, how light interacts with different surfaces, and impeccable scene composition.

- Familiarity with various DCC packages such as Maya, Substance, Houdini, ZBrush, Marmoset, Photoshop, etc.

- Task-driven, self-motivated, proactive, and excelling under tight deadlines.

- Expertise in modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering.

- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Google Drive and Discord.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams across all organizational levels.

- Genuine passion for the YouTube platform.
