Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contracts Support Intern to join our Global Contracts and Commercial Support (GCCS) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining contract accuracy, supporting the contract lifecycle process, and ensuring adherence to internal documentation standards.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Support Contract Administration: Assist the team in drafting, organizing, and tracking contracts through the full lifecycle to ensure all documentation is complete and accessible.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and procurement, to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth contract execution.

  • Ensure Compliance: Review contract documentation against organizational standards and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current enrollment in a degree program (e.g., Legal Studies, English, Business, Political Science, or related field).

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when managing documentation.

  • Proven ability in clear communication, problem-solving, and professional collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with Salesforce

What We Offer
  • Salary details:$22 – $25 per hour

  • Must be an undergraduate rising Senior December 2026 or May 2027

  • Location: Remote


Reasonably expected salary range: $62,200.00 - $77,700.00
