Join Liberty Mutual's Spark Summit - a two-day, immersive virtual program for college freshmen and sophomores exploring careers in technology. Taking place Thursday, August 6 - Friday, August 7, 2026, Spark Summit offers hands-on skill building, exposure to real-world engineering practices, and meaningful connections with Liberty Mutual technologists, leaders, recruiters and peers. Participants will sharpen technical interview skills, practice practical engineering techniques, learn about diverse career pathways in tech at Liberty Mutual, and gain early access to interviews for the 2027 TechStart Summer Internship Program.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
