KeyBank’s Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program. For those still in college, the program facilitates the transition from college to a full-time career at Key. The program provides opportunities to learn about Key’s business and strategic pillars, learn about Key’s industry-leading employee benefits, engage in exciting networking events with Analysts across various teams, hear from members of the Executive Leadership Team, and receive relevant training ahead of starting in a full-time role. 

About the Business

The Risk Review Group (RRG) provides an independent perspective on Key’s processes and risks.  As a trusted advisor, the RRG makes recommendations for improvement, monitors remediation efforts, and helps to ensure adequate risk management practices are followed.  Reporting is provided to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and associated committees, executive and line of business management, and regulators.

About the Job

Key’s Risk Review Group (Internal Audit) is looking for outstanding recent college graduates for our rotational program.

The RRG Rotational Analyst Program spans 21 months and provides opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas across Key through participation in audit projects .  The program begins with 10-12 weeks of foundational training to broaden your financial accounting, finance theory, cash flow analysis, financial modeling, presentation, and business writing skills.  After the foundational training, you will gain hands-on experience working with various teams within the Risk Review Group on numerous audits and projects .  You will also have an opportunity to network with the senior management of Key, professionals in the Risk Review and Finance areas and other analysts.

Your rotations may include:

• Asset Management

• Capital Markets Audit

• Compliance Audit

• Credit Risk Review

• Model Audit

• Operational Audit

• Professional Practices

• Sarbanes-Oxley Testing Group

• Technology Audit

Upon successfully completing the program, you will have the opportunity for placement within the Risk Review Group based on business needs, demonstrated skill, your interests, and performance during the program.

Required Qualifications

Must obtain a four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2026 or December 2025 with education in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems, or other related business major

• A minimum 3.0 GPA

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Relevant work or internship experience

• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities

Compensation & Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a salary of $65k for students pursuing undergraduate degrees. Compensation also includes a $5,000.00 Summer Sign-on Bonus.
