About the role
We're looking for a talented Senior Developer to join our dynamic team on a part-time or full-time contract basis. This posting is for our contractor database, meaning we may reach out when a suitable project arises. If you're interested in collaborating with us in the future, we'd love to connect!
As a Software Developer you’ll play a role in crafting innovative software solutions for both our organisation and our valued clients. This position offers a diverse and challenging mix of consulting projects. As a Developer, you'll find a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration, making it an excellent growth opportunity for your career.
When we say full-stack, we know it’s a complicated term. We are looking for solid backend experience but someone who can also handle frontend if it’s needed. It’s okay if your experience is skewed towards one part of the stack, especially the backend! The key thing we are looking for is a good baseline level of familiarity with different parts of the stack and a willingness to move around and out of your comfort zone. We’re also open to different backgrounds such as DevOps or Data Engineering.
This role is targeting a Senior level.
The Ideal profile would have
- 5+ Years of experience writing and shipping code professionally;
- Has experience in client-facing roles such as consulting.
- Has solid experience with - Python, React, React Native, Nodejs
- Has experience with ETL/data-warehousing frameworks such as Data Bricks, BigQuery, Spark, Hadoop, RedShift, Snowflake, AirFlow, DBT, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD and Restful APIs.
- Experience with tools for developing ML models and deploying into production, such as MLFlow, SageMaker, KubeFlow, ClearML, DVC, etc.
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting.

What we offer
We are a remote-first company with office space in Montreal. We prefer to hire in Quebec, but we are open to candidates anywhere in the EST±2 time zone in Canada.
