Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Principal ERP Transformation Analyst to join our team reporting directly to the 1ERP Governance Manager within the 1ERP PMO. As a Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our 1ERP communications (both visual and written), knowledge base resource library and manage service line and functional subteam (sharepoint) contruct in support of our global operations. Your responsibilities will include driving recurring organizational change management initiatives and serving as a critical partner with other change management teams during multi-sector, technical deployments.

Responsibilities include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Lead and coordinate internal communications for the 1ERP organization, ensuring clarity and consistency across diverse, global landscapes.
  • Strategically guide recurring change management initiatives, collaborating with business process champions and tiered user support to refine communications and training documentation.
  • Work closely with other enterprise change management teams during project implementation, fostering seamless partnerships to uphold alignment with enterprise change management strategy and plans.
  • Foster relationships between the 1ERP PMO and other sectors, ensuring unified messaging and consistent change management approaches.
  • Smooth transition of change management initiatives into sustainment, post-project implementation, nurturing ongoing support and synergy with organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology/Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Efficiency/Experience Design or a similar related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project, change management and/or process excellence experience at a sector or corporate level with the focus on large-scale transformational, technical and process change.
  • Experience as a core user of SAP or service delivery support experience
  • PROSCI certified and/or Green Six Sigma certified

Technical Proficiency:

  • Deep Understanding of ERP Systems: Demonstrated expertise in comprehending the software and processes involved in ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint collaboration functionality and web design is an advantage.
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking). Understanding the interconnectedness of systems and how changes in one area affect others is crucial.
  • SAP Activate Methodology: Understanding of the framework and methodology used for implementing SAP Solutions.

Salary Range: $88,600.00 - $133,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
