We need an English-fluent Mid Level Product Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Develop and maintain components within the product's design system.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into practical design solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and VP of Product & Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Ensure consistency, usability, and visual quality across web and mobile experiences.

  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

  • Prepare designs and specifications that can be effectively handed off to engineering.

  • Use Jira to manage design-related tasks and collaborate within the product development workflow.

  • Contribute to product discovery and user research as those initiatives become part of the role.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design experience.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, interaction design, and prototyping.

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience working with design systems and reusable components.

  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project/task management tools.

  • Experience using AI tools.

  • Highly autonomous and self-sufficient in their processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and a strong visual design sensibility.

  • Ability to translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive user experiences.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Professional English communication skills.

It's a plus:

  • Experience with product discovery or user research.

  • Experience designing SaaS or technology products.

  • Experience working with established design systems.

  • Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,300 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This is a 40 hours per week.

  • This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
