Purpose:

The Salesforce Developer III is responsible for the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, Implementation and data migration elements on Salesforce Platform.

Essential Functions:

  • Support business campaign journey execution via Marketing Cloud (MC)
  • Support DE (data extension) configuration and utilization of Automation Studio/Email Studio/Content Builder/Journey Builder.
  • Act as Marketing Cloud system administrator.
  • Define new development requirements and enhancement via business communication.
  • Debug system issues for applications in our Salesforce instance and provide the root cause analysis
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Support advanced segmentation for campaign channels Email/SMS/Postal mail.
  • Support push notification campaigns.
  • Support transactional messages for various departments.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
  • Collaborating with other developers for other systems to integrate across the business.
  • Collaborating with offshore 3rd level development team.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent curriculum.
  • 3 years hands-on development exposure on the Salesforce platform
  • 2 years on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, Campaign Plan/Execution/Tracking.
  • Work experience or sound knowledge about Telematics Proactive Email/Text messaging.
  • Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards
  • Frontend development experience by using HTML/JavaScript
  • SQL competency and understanding of customer data segmentation
  • Knowledge on system integration and various asynchronous capabilities and its use cases
  • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Lightning, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable solutions.
  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
  • Active Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.

Nice to have:

  • Experience or good understanding of Heroku or Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics), Tableau KPI Reports, etc.
  • Experience in Automotive Industry and good understanding of Customer/Prospect Campaign Program.
  • Korean bilingual.

Salary Range - $96,550 to $138,061
