- Analyze business requirements and gather functional and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software applications.
- Apply systematic software engineering methodologies and CMMI best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall development methodologies in project execution.
- Deliver cross-platform solutions across SAP BTP, Java, ERP, and AWS Cloud environments.
- Leverage AI tools and agents for code conversion, application modernization, and process optimization.
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments using Application Insights, AWS CloudWatch, and related tools.
- Configure alerts, perform performance tuning, cost optimization, and security monitoring.
- Support client-server and distributed architectures, including load balancer configurations.
- Implement and maintain IAM and SSO solutions such as Azure AD B2C, AWS Cognito, Okta, OAuth 2.0, Authentication, and Authorization services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business software application development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS Cloud Platform.
- Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring, application support, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, client-server architecture, and load balancing technologies.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and single sign-on platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- AWS Cloud certifications or other relevant cloud certifications.
- AI-related certifications or demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools and agents.
- Experience with SAP BTP and ERP integrations.
- Experience with application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of Application Insights, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale business applications.
- Prior experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to junior engineers.
- Automotive, manufacturing, or large enterprise IT experience preferred.
