About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join an innovative global leader in digital advertising. The Brand Ads team is responsible for some of the most advanced and scalable ad systems used by top global brands. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of new monetization products, working on everything from ads ranking to forecasting and bidding algorithms.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of innovative ad products to drive user engagement and revenue.
- Oversee the development of large-scale ads systems, including ranking, forecasting, and bidding algorithms.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams to build cutting-edge ad technologies.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, continually iterating on machine learning models to enhance ad performance.

- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or Applied Science.
- Expertise in Python, C++, or Go.
- Strong experience with ads technology, including forecasting, ranking, and auction systems.
- Proven leadership skills in guiding technical teams and developing scalable systems.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
