About the Role
We are seeking a Client Partner to own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise provider accounts in the U.S. healthcare market. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Innovaccer’s platform across assigned accounts by building deep relationships with key stakeholders and executing targeted account strategies. You will work closely with top executives at leading healthcare providers to expand our footprint across clinical, operational, and technology domains. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, inside sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to build account-specific value propositions and execute complex sales cycles.

A Day in the Life

  • Own the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for a defined list of named provider accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with key executives (CIOs, CMIOs, COOs, CFOs, etc.) and decision-makers within each account.
  • Orchestrate account-based engagement plans including quarterly business reviews, co-innovation workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Lead all phases of the enterprise sales process: discovery, solution alignment, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and closing.
  • Partner with internal teams (product, sales engineering, marketing) to tailor demos, business cases, and proposals that align with each account’s strategic priorities.
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking for each named account.
  • Represent Innovaccer at relevant industry conferences and forums to increase visibility within named accounts and identify new stakeholders.

 What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare enterprise sales, with at least 3 years focused on named account or strategic account management.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. provider landscape, including IDNs, ACOs, AMCs, and large health systems.
  • Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Existing network and influence within top-tier U.S. provider organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to engage with key accounts in person.
