Provides Level 2 deskside and end-user IT support in a corporate environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems, Office 365, mobile devices, printers, conferencing equipment, and hardware; managing ServiceNow tickets; deploying and reimaging systems; supporting network, server, and telecommunications equipment; maintaining documentation and inventory; providing VIP support; and training users. The role requires onsite work five days per week.

Drives full-cycle B2B technology sales, from prospecting through close, with emphasis on complex, services-led opportunities, profitable growth, gross margin, and ACV bookings. Builds pipelines, forecasts accurately, engages executive stakeholders, and orchestrates solution architects, services teams, OEMs, ISVs, and channel partners. Sells digital workplace, networking, security, cloud, data center, managed services, professional services, and staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers. Requires up to 50% travel.

Manages enterprise client relationships to ensure measurable value from technology investments. Develops success plans, tracks adoption and customer health, facilitates business reviews, resolves barriers, and drives retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Partners with executives, sales, architects, delivery teams, and technology manufacturers across cloud, networking, security, and managed services environments. Uses customer data to identify risks, communicate business insights, document outcomes, and support revenue growth.

Leads complex RFx responses for professional and managed IT services. Develops technical solution strategies, win themes, value propositions, estimates, pricing, assumptions, and risk analyses. Coordinates globally distributed delivery, sales, subject-matter experts, and partners; performs due diligence, supports SOW negotiations, and transitions awarded solutions to delivery. Requires broad infrastructure services expertise, solution architecture experience, strong pre-sales capabilities, and executive communication skills.
