Partner with People Operations, Legal, Accounting, and Equity while improving payroll systems, controls, procedures, and automation.

Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, targeting global companies with $7B+ in revenue. Prospect for new business, engage C-level stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, and sell Zip’s AI-powered procurement platform. The role requires consultative solution selling, executive-level consensus building, and closing complex SaaS deals. The successful candidate will also help shape sales strategy, processes, and culture in a high-growth startup environment.

Leads high-stakes enterprise procurement value engagements and owns Zip’s value methodology, economic models, benchmark data, evidence standards, and governance. Advises CFOs, CPOs, boards, customers, analysts, and internal leadership on value realization, pricing, packaging, product priorities, and go-to-market strategy. Builds scalable frameworks, improves value delivery, coaches go-to-market teams, and establishes responsible AI-assisted analysis practices.
