Provide freelance community management services including drafting and scheduling social content, daily community engagement and moderation, copywriting and proofreading, managing content calendars, collaborating with creative teams, using social analytics to measure performance, surfacing trends and escalations, and proposing creative content opportunities aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
