Offers 401(K)

Zayo's 401(k) plan offers auto-enrollment at 2% and allows pre-tax and Roth contributions. Eligible employees may join the plan as soon as administratively feasible after their date of hire.

Offers disability insurance

Zayo offers employer-sponsored short-term disability benefits of 60% of earnings up to $1,500/week and long-term disability benefits equaling 60% of earnings up to $10,000/month.

Provides 401(K) matching

Zayo matches 50% of employee contributions up to 8% with a cap at 4% match, which vests on a three-year schedule (Year 1: 33%, Year 2: 67%, Year 3: 100%).
