Responsibilities include overseeing operations, leasing, financial reporting, rent collection, budgeting, resident relations, affordable housing compliance, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, safety, emergency response, and resident retention. The role requires travel between properties, occasional on-call evenings and weekends, and strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant and Fair Housing requirements.
