Own and evolve Worldly’s production data lake, Postgres warehouse, CDC and streaming pipelines, dbt transformations, orchestration, BI access controls, and graph integrations. Maintain reliable, governed analytics infrastructure using Iceberg, Trino, Dagster, Terraform, and AWS. Support production generative AI workflows involving embeddings, similarity search, extraction, and classification. Responsibilities include data quality, monitoring, security, incident response, disaster recovery, schema governance, and collaboration with data science and analytics stakeholders.

Analyzes complex sustainability datasets, validates calculations and metrics through QA and UAT, maintains assessment files and customer data exports, investigates data issues using SQL, and collaborates with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. The role also supports automation, documentation, sustainability research, and reliable environmental impact reporting.

Execute B2B SaaS growth campaigns across paid, email, ABM, events, and content syndication. Build HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and advertising campaigns; perform QA; and report on attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. Measure and improve the company’s visibility in AI answer engines through AEO scorecards, content recommendations, page structure, and schema changes. Collaborate with sales, content, and web teams while optimizing campaign performance and budget allocation.

Manage a book of named SaaS accounts to drive revenue and engagement through renewals, upsells, and forecasting. Serve as primary client contact, build deeper relationships, collaborate with Product and Partnerships, and help develop scalable account management processes.

Lead financial strategy and operations to support scaling and profitable growth. Build analytical capabilities and KPI reporting, oversee investor reporting, and support executive-level planning, forecasting, and modeling. Drive business-case analyses to inform product, pricing, operational, and acquisition decisions while partnering closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams.
