Lead California fundraising strategy and execution, focusing on major donors, PACs, and events. Build fundraising infrastructure, manage donor cultivation, call time, donor research, CRM data quality (EveryAction), and event planning while coordinating with state and national principals to meet ambitious fundraising targets.

Lead statewide coalition alignment, governance strategy, and co-governance between State Steering Committee, regional bodies, elected officials, partners, and staff. Develop and implement governance systems, convenings, and engagement opportunities; manage assigned regional committees and staff; coordinate cross-departmental political strategy, coalition campaigns, and organizational development to strengthen party infrastructure and execution of statewide priorities.

Lead California fundraising strategy and revenue plan; personally manage high-capacity donors and multi-year gifts; advise principals on donor engagement; build and supervise finance staff and consultants; ensure compliance across party committees and PACs; set event and bundler strategies to grow sustainable donor infrastructure.
