Develops and leads hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood risk analyses, drainage master plans, pump station studies, FEMA flood studies, and climate resilience projects. Leads and performs civil engineering analysis and design for water and sewer infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, wells, tanks, and site improvements. Manages project scope, budgets, schedules, staff, technical documentation, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Supports bidding and construction through bid evaluation, submittal reviews, RFI responses, and change proposal analysis. Supervises engineers and technical staff, coordinates with clients and project teams, and provides technical guidance and presentations.

Assists with roadway and transportation engineering analysis, design, calculations, cost estimating, layouts, plans, technical specifications, proposals, and reports. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams while developing civil engineering skills and managing multiple projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, knowledge of engineering principles, proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D, strong communication skills, and E.I.T. certification or the ability to obtain it within six months.
