Drive new customer growth across the Western Region through outside sales, local market development, consultative selling, and relationship building. Build and manage prospect pipelines, identify workforce needs, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to close and activate customers. Focus on warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and other labor-intensive industries, primarily across Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire, with monthly travel to Northern California.

Recruiting Operations Specialist develops and improves sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and worker engagement processes. The role creates job descriptions, sources candidates, conducts interviews, tracks recruiting metrics, maintains procedures, and identifies process improvements. It requires recruiter experience, ATS and CMS familiarity, bilingual English-Spanish communication, and reliable local transportation. The position is a six-month contract, requires occasional evening or weekend availability, and involves travel within Southern California plus occasional Northern California travel.

Supports escalated worker incident investigations, employee relations cases, workers’ compensation claims and partner coordination. Reviews claim trends, assigns compensation codes, issues certificates of insurance, documents processes, assists with audits, and flags co-employment risks. The role collaborates with Trust & Safety, Compliance, Legal, customer-facing teams, carriers, and adjusters while improving workflows and protecting the worker experience.
