Because of this, after 4 years at Wise, you’ll have the option to take a paid sabbatical: 6 weeks paid time off and £1,000 financial support in addition to your annual leave. This is to reward the time and effort that you’ve put into Wise and give you stretch of time to fully switch off and reflect back on your journey. We offer a flexible working approach, as well as the opportunity to work from (almost) anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year! Here success is measured by the impact you have.
