Sharing in our success We offer Wise stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to everyone who works for us, as we’re building Wise together and want you to share in the success of our company on a mission. It's a marathon, not a sprint We know working at Wise is challenging and all our people go above and beyond for our customers. Because of this, after 4 years at Wise, you’ll have the option to take a paid sabbatical: 6 weeks paid time off and £1,000 financial support in addition to your annual leave. This is to reward the time and effort that you’ve put into Wise and give you stretch of time to fully switch off and reflect back on your journey. Flexibility and trust We positively encourage flexible working. Whether it’s time off for children, working from home, school plays, volunteering or just life admin – we know flexibility is essential. We offer a flexible working approach, as well as the opportunity to work from (almost) anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year! Here success is measured by the impact you have. So chat to your team lead and work out what works best for you whether that’s different hours or working from home. Creative workplaces We design our offices to be enjoyable spaces, where everyone can do their best work. Many are dog-friendly, with massage chairs, games areas and more. We encourage cross-team relationship building through weekly or bi-weekly team lunches, snacks and drinks. Plus regular social events and activities that Wisers can get involved in, such as running club, yoga, gaming or pottery.
