Own dental insurance billing and revenue cycle outcomes for client practices. Responsibilities include submitting claims, posting payments, reconciling ERAs and EOBs, managing insurance aging, resolving denials and appeals, monitoring metrics, leading client meetings, and partnering with technology teams. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of dental coding, insurance, credentialing, contracts, patient responsibility, and practice management systems, along with autonomous remote work and exceptional client communication.

Lead technical onboarding and ongoing support for remote connectivity at dental practices. Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, Splashtop, remote desktop, printers/scanners, and network authentication. Manage implementations, validate connectivity and integrations, coordinate with clients and third-party IT, escalate complex issues, document processes, and contribute to improvements in remote access infrastructure and automation.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and implement full-stack features, develop AI-driven workflows, and ensure code quality for a dental billing platform while collaborating with users to address their needs.
