Own assigned hotel market segments by prospecting for group business, building client relationships, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals. The role involves business planning, client visits, site tours, trade shows, competitive market reviews, CRM documentation, and collaboration with the Director of Sales. Weekend, holiday, and travel flexibility may be required.

Drive hotel revenue by soliciting and securing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, executing sales plans, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, tracking pipelines, attending trade shows, and collaborating with the Director of Sales to meet targets across rooms, F&B, and event space.

Provide attentive table service in the hotel restaurant: take and relay orders, serve food and beverages, clear and reset tables, process payments, assist with basic food preparation tasks, and maintain clean work areas while ensuring excellent guest experience.

Lead the hotel's sales and marketing strategy to maximize transient, group, and catering revenue. Manage and mentor the sales team, produce annual marketing plans and budgets, execute campaigns and incentive programs, analyze financial and market data, maintain key client and community relationships, coordinate with revenue management, and represent the property at trade shows. Ensure compliance with contracts and company policies while driving occupancy, revenue growth, and team performance.

Hands-on IT manager responsible for multi-site infrastructure, Tier 2/3 support, Microsoft 365 administration, asset/inventory management, vendor coordination, disaster recovery, and leading software modernization and AI adoption across nine hotel properties.
