Lead cybersecurity incident response and data-privacy matters, advise clients and carriers, draft breach notices and policies, respond to regulatory investigations, defend privacy lawsuits, oversee forensics and third-party vendors, prepare reports and budgets, and supervise junior attorneys and breach-response teams.

Provide litigation and transactional counsel on IP, privacy, AI and data governance matters. Manage litigation caseloads (copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy), draft and argue motions, take/defend depositions, advise on privacy compliance and AI governance, draft transactional agreements, and communicate status to clients while collaborating with firm attorneys and partners.

Manage IP and technology litigation caseloads and counsel clients on IP, privacy, AI governance, and data governance. Prosecute and defend copyright, trademark, trade secret, and privacy claims; advise on transactional matters and compliance; draft policies, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with partners and clients on strategy and status reporting.

Defend privacy and data-breach class actions nationwide, including MDLs. Draft and argue dispositive motions, manage case strategy and timelines, handle discovery and depositions, work with experts, participate in mediations, and prepare settlement papers for court approval.

Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, legal research, e-discovery oversight, written discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop strategies and manage multiple matters to achieve successful outcomes. Strong class action litigation experience required; cyber/privacy experience preferred.

Provide legal incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, advise clients on breach notification obligations, draft notices and crisis communications, oversee forensics and vendor e-discovery/data-mining projects, respond to regulatory investigations, prepare reports to insurers and clients, and manage legal budgets while interfacing with senior client stakeholders and IT teams.
