Develops referral relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare organizations across an assigned territory. Conducts educational in-services, provides customer service, manages sales goals, participates in team meetings, and supports company culture. This full-time field sales role requires reliable transportation and frequent travel throughout Orange County. Compensation includes a $75,000 base salary and expected first-year earnings of $95,000–$100,000 at plan.

Coordinates daily supply operations, including inventory, ordering, shipment tracking, returns, documentation, and provider support. Serves as the primary resource for Supply Coordinators by resolving issues, providing workflow guidance, and supporting training. Monitors team performance, collaborates with vendors and internal departments, maintains operational records, and identifies process improvements. Assists leadership with reporting, special projects, and operational initiatives.
