Provides chairside support and patient care in general, specialty, and orthodontic dental offices. Builds patient trust, addresses treatment concerns, collaborates with dentists and office staff, supports insurance benefit understanding, follows OSHA and sterilization procedures, and maintains a positive patient experience. Full-time candidates receive training, coaching, continuing education, and opportunities for clinical and operational growth.

Provide chairside assistance during pediatric dental procedures, including four-handed dentistry, instrument preparation, sterilization, X-rays, and treatment-room setup. Educate children and parents about oral hygiene, maintain accurate patient records, follow infection-control and OSHA protocols, and support patient flow. Create a welcoming, child-friendly environment while helping children remain calm and comfortable during dental visits.

Supports pediatric dentists through four-handed dentistry, instrument preparation and sterilization, dental X-rays, room organization, patient records, and infection-control compliance. Educates children and parents about oral hygiene while helping manage patient flow and creating a calm, welcoming experience for young patients and their families.

Provides licensed dental assisting support during pediatric procedures, including four-handed dentistry, expanded RDA functions, X-rays, sterilization, infection control, room preparation, charting, and patient flow. Comforts and educates children and parents, explains treatment appropriately, and promotes a positive experience in a busy, team-based dental office.
