Provide timely, professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, social media, or in person. Answer questions, resolve complaints, process orders/returns/payments, maintain records in CRM, escalate complex issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences and meet service goals.

Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, partner with hiring managers, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, extend offers, support onboarding, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and represent employer branding.

Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain electronic and physical records across databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Perform data-quality checks, scan and file documents, correct discrepancies, prepare basic reports, respond to internal data requests, and support administrative tasks while protecting confidential information and meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
