Support Programs Director in planning, leading, and evaluating resident activities. Update agendas and resident profiles in LifeLoop, track attendance, set up/clean supplies, train volunteers, assist with exercise regimens and transportation, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and cover reception as needed.

Provide person-centered nursing care in an assisted living community: monitor resident health, administer medications and treatments within LPN/RN scope, document conditions and physician orders, implement and evaluate care plans, supervise caregivers, communicate with families and physicians, ensure resident safety, and maintain regulatory and company-required charting and confidentiality.

Provide safe administration and documentation of resident medications per physician orders and state regulations; coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and care staff; maintain medication records, inventories, and clean/secure medication areas; assist caregivers and report changes in resident status.
