Leads FP&A forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial modeling, SaaS metrics analysis, and monthly close support. Partners with functional leaders and executives to deliver insights on growth, margins, capital structure, resource allocation, and business performance. Presents analyses to senior leadership, investors, and the Board, while improving FP&A processes, automation, and scalability.

Identify and convert qualified leads into product demos by phone, email, and web chat. Build relationships with clinic decision-makers, respond to inbound sign-ups, overcome objections, meet sales goals, and support marketing campaigns. The role requires persistence, strong communication, punctuality, competitiveness, and the ability to handle rejection. Experience with SDR or equivalent sales work is required, while healthcare, physical therapy, SaaS, and relevant CRM experience are preferred.

Manage a portfolio of outpatient rehabilitation practice members using a one-to-many customer success approach. Own relationships, monitor account health, reduce churn, support adoption, conduct executive business reviews, develop success plans, and identify expansion opportunities. Use analytics and KPIs to provide recommendations, educate members on product capabilities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Travel 25%–30% to meet members.
