Staff Technical Program Manager will lead execution for emerging AI-native products from discovery through general availability. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering pods and cross-functional teams, defining milestones and launch-readiness criteria, managing risks and dependencies, establishing operating cadences and health metrics, improving program-management systems, and coaching technical leaders and peer program managers. The role requires strong technical judgment, comfort with ambiguity, executive communication, and experience launching products in emerging-technology environments.

Architect and operate scalable backend systems, APIs, distributed services, and secure data platforms using Python and related technologies. Partner with data science and ML teams to productionize AI capabilities, lead cross-team technical initiatives, improve engineering standards, and mentor engineers. Own systems throughout the product lifecycle while emphasizing reliability, observability, performance, privacy, and data integrity.

Partners with account executives, customers, Customer Success, and Product to lead discovery, solution design, technical validation, business-case development, demonstrations, workshops, and trials. Translates customer objectives into Webflow solutions, communicates technical value, influences product direction, and supports multiple opportunities. The role requires consultative selling, strong storytelling and presentation skills, familiarity with APIs and web technologies, creative AI-assisted problem-solving, and up to 25% travel.
