Develops and maintains baseline project schedules, provides updates, documents delays, creates contingency plans, reviews contract scheduling requirements, and manages schedule implementation across construction projects. Collaborates with project teams, profiles critical timelines, and mentors junior schedulers. The role requires construction scheduling expertise, knowledge of building systems and techniques, and experience with commercial and residential projects.

Manages on-site construction quality control systems, ensuring work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, codes, and standards. Oversees inspections, testing, materials verification, subcontractor and vendor quality, documentation, punch processes, submittals, and final acceptance. Leads project CQC personnel, coordinates with owners and safety teams, reports quality status, resolves noncompliance, and supports successful project completion.

Manages complex construction projects from planning through completion, overseeing safety, schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, quality control, documentation, and client satisfaction. Leads and mentors project teams, manages cost reporting and forecasting, resolves project issues, coordinates buyout and procurement, tracks delays, and supports business pursuits. The role requires strong knowledge of construction contracts, building systems, exteriors and facades, and on-site construction operations.

Support day-to-day field operations for tenant improvement projects: manage and coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and QA/QC, track schedules, budgets, documentation, inspections, hoisting and site logistics, and mentor junior staff to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Lead and deliver large infrastructure construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Own client relationships, budgets, risk management, staffing, safety, and project profitability. Mentor teams, support business development and pursuits, and ensure contracts, estimating, and resource planning align with project goals.

Support project management by coordinating RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, purchasing, scheduling, document control, VDC coordination, QC, progress tracking, meeting minutes, safety, LEED requirements, and on-site coordination to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Support development and implementation of quality management systems for construction projects. Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance checks; manage quality issues, prepare reports, coordinate closeout and commissioning, train staff, and liaise with clients, contractors, and regulators to ensure project standards and safety requirements are met.

Manage electrical-focused construction projects across the Bay Area, ensuring site safety, schedule adherence, budget and cost-control, subcontractor coordination, document control, and client satisfaction. Lead and mentor project teams, handle buyouts, contracts, change orders, cost reporting, and risk communication. Participate in pursuits and maintain workforce planning and delay logs.
