The role builds high-performing teams, manages vendors and budgets, advises executive leadership and the Board, and supports technology adoption across a distributed construction organization and active jobsites.

Provides strategic HR leadership across multiple regions, partnering with executives to align people strategy with business objectives. Oversees organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, compliance, talent management, HR operations, leadership development, and enterprise change initiatives. Leads HR teams, standardizes practices, strengthens organizational capability, and drives continuous improvement and employee engagement.
