Processes high volumes of paper records by preparing, scanning, indexing, entering data, and conducting quality control. Operates automatic feeder and flatbed scanners, configures scan settings, logs document information, reviews images for accuracy, and performs basic equipment troubleshooting. The specialist follows Clean Room, PPE, safety, and document-handling procedures while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. This is a six-month, on-site 1099 project requiring reliable attendance, physical handling of materials, and collaboration with the project team.

Process and fulfill medical record release requests per HIPAA and client procedures; validate authorizations, classify requests, upload/retrieve records, perform quality checks, invoice clients, document communications, and escalate issues or breaches to supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and productivity.

Prepare, set up, and scan high volumes of paper documents using automatic feeders and flatbed scanners; set scanner parameters, perform daily scanner maintenance, log document identifiers, assist with document preparation and indexing, and meet productivity and quality standards.

Receive, segregate and load wastepaper for shredding, operate and maintain shredding, baling and forklift equipment, stage/load bales for shipment, perform preventative maintenance, follow NAID/safety standards, and support daily warehouse operations.

Process and fulfill medical record release requests (ROI) timely and accurately, ensuring HIPAA compliance. Retrieve, upload, log, QC, invoice, and securely release records. Communicate with requestors and supervisors, document exceptions, and maintain confidentiality and facility policies.

Drive territory sales by generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Maintain and grow pipeline, deliver presentations and demos, attend trade shows, coordinate with sales team, prepare proposals and reports, and meet weekly/monthly/annual sales quotas through data-driven territory planning and client management.
