Supports POS, merchandising, inventory, visual standards, loss prevention, and operational procedures while maintaining the Vince brand experience. Requires flexible availability for weekends, evenings, events, and holidays, plus the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical merchandising tasks.

Support the technical design team managing styles through the fit approval process. Collaborate with design, product, vendors and QA to communicate fit intent, evaluate garments, manage block libraries, apply grade rules, track workflow and deadlines, participate in meetings, and study market trends.

Lead technical design for women's hardwovens jackets and bottoms: create tech packs, run fittings from proto to top, resolve fit/pattern/construction issues, manage vendor communication and sample development, identify production/quality/costing risks, and deliver to seasonal calendar milestones.
