Lead technical design for women's hardwovens jackets and bottoms: create tech packs, run fittings from proto to top, resolve fit/pattern/construction issues, manage vendor communication and sample development, identify production/quality/costing risks, and deliver to seasonal calendar milestones.

The Designer for Women's Hard Wovens will conceptualize and develop seasonal products, collaborating with various teams to ensure designs meet specifications, trends, and brand strategy.

The Technical Designer will collaborate on design tech packs, lead fit sessions, update spec packages, and oversee production alignment to ensure garment fit and quality standards in men's knits.
