Lead outbound prospecting to build pipeline: create targeted prospect lists, execute and iterate email/phone/LinkedIn campaigns, maintain CRM hygiene, track outreach, hit pipeline targets (100 qualified leads/quarter), and partner with leadership to refine go-to-market messaging and processes.

Conduct outbound prospecting and research to schedule discovery calls for account executives, develop relationships within banks and credit unions, manage CRM data (Salesforce Lightning/High Velocity Sales), meet daily activity quotas, identify strategic prospects, learn product and market, and travel up to 15% for company events.

Instructor-led, intensive sales training that teaches outbound prospecting, closing frameworks, and real sales scenarios. Provides coaching, networking with SaaS hiring partners, career support, and a fast-track pathway into full-time SDR roles and promotion to Account Executive.
