Leads Veo’s end-to-end supply chain across sourcing, supplier management, warehouses, planning, international logistics, quality coordination, cost optimization, and financial performance. The role manages vehicles, batteries, and parts while improving delivery, quality, working capital, and landed costs. Reporting to the CEO, the Director partners with Operations, Hardware, R&D, Finance, and suppliers, and leads domestic and international teams in a hybrid Santa Monica environment.

Leads Veo’s accounting transformation by automating processes, optimizing financial close and reporting, improving reconciliations and data integrity, strengthening U.S. GAAP controls and audit readiness, and implementing accounting technology. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Legal while measuring efficiency gains, mentoring team members, and supporting hands-on accounting leadership in a fast-growing environment.

Leads Veo’s People strategy as an executive leader, overseeing People Operations, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, retention, compensation, compliance, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning. Advises executives, builds scalable HR systems, strengthens recruiting and employee experience, manages People teams and budgets, and uses workforce data, automation, and AI to improve business outcomes across corporate, technical, field, and international teams.
