Manage the global EHS Adoption & Enablement portfolio by translating strategy into roadmaps, work plans, milestones, dashboards, and executive reporting. Build and lead a global reliability and technical assurance function for Vantage's data center fleet. Define fleetwide reliability baselines and risk models, perform technical inspections across electrical, mechanical, controls and commissioning, drive corrective actions and closed-loop learning, establish standards, executive reporting, and scale a central assurance team.

Supports annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and capital expenditure planning. Partners with budget owners and business leaders to maintain accurate forecasts, monitor spending and commitments, identify risks and funding opportunities, and explain financial results. The role also reconciles data, maintains audit-ready documentation, prepares dashboards and leadership reports, and improves planning processes and controls.

Lead development and execution of a unified global EHS assurance framework. Drive standardized audits, scoring models, and performance metrics; partner with regional EHS teams to close findings, translate standards to field-executable controls, and deliver continuous improvement using data-driven insights. Influence senior stakeholders across construction and operations in a global, matrixed environment.

Own AI solution vision and delivery from intake through production. Define product and business requirements, manage backlogs and sprints, run stakeholder communications and demos, set acceptance criteria and KPIs, coordinate handoffs to platforms, ensure responsible AI practices, and manage multiple concurrent prototyping-to-production engagements.

The Principal Electrical Engineer leads project-specific engineering and design tasks, oversees teams, and ensures the successful delivery of data center projects while balancing customer needs and operational sustainability.

Lead global procurement operations and supplier management for data center services. Build and govern global/regional service contracts, SLAs, spares strategies, lifecycle management, asset tracking, and supplier performance programs to ensure uptime, compliance, cost optimization, and operational readiness across multi-region, high-availability environments. Partner with Operations, COOs, Engineering, Finance, and OEMs to translate operational requirements into commercial frameworks and drive continuous improvement and data-driven maintenance approaches.

Lead global procurement analytics strategy and deliver predictive/prescriptive models, dashboards, and governance. Drive working capital optimization, supplier risk management, inventory and demand forecasting, and enterprise data governance while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and executives to embed analytics into operations and mentor analytics teams.

Lead North American sales tax incentives for data center development: capture, negotiate, administer, monitor compliance and reporting, support audits, model incentives and tax liabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to maximize incentive value and inform site selection.

Lead and govern global IT change management lifecycle: intake, risk-based assessment, approvals, execution, validation, post-change review, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate across IT teams, vendors, MSPs, and regions to minimize service disruption, maintain audit-ready records, deliver training, and drive tooling and process automation opportunities to support high-availability and data center operations.

Lead global electrical category strategy and supplier portfolio for data center power distribution equipment. Drive sourcing, long-term contracts, supplier governance, risk mitigation, standardization, total cost of ownership improvements, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Finance.
