Responsibilities include technology and cycle selection, equipment and piping design, calculations, scope and resource management, client coordination, QA/QC, construction administration, field visits, and mentoring engineers. The role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and less than 10% local and national travel.

Leads Power & Utilities engineering projects involving electrical generation, distribution systems, microgrids, and building infrastructure. Develops budgets, schedules, work plans, and technical solutions; manages scope, client relationships, technical issues, quality reviews, and coordination meetings. Mentors project teams and performs construction administration, including field visits, field reports, shop drawing reviews, and RFI responses.

Lead and support electrical engineering teams on complex power generation projects, including combined heat and power, renewables, grid storage, and district energy systems. Provide technical direction from conceptual design through construction, contribute to RFP proposals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The role is based at the Boston headquarters with a hybrid schedule.
