Executes weekly B2B marketing activities across email, CRM, social media, website content, events, reputation management, and reporting. Builds HubSpot campaigns and workflows, manages lists, publishes content, writes marketing copy, updates web pages, supports trade shows, creates presentation materials, and tracks performance metrics. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and independent execution in an onsite, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Leads marketing strategy, team execution, campaigns, product launches, SEO, WordPress management, content, brand, AI-assisted workflows, and automotive industry events. Generates dealership leads and demo bookings, manages vendors and budgets, coordinates with sales and product teams, and reports on campaign, organic search, event, and pipeline performance. Requires strong automotive industry knowledge, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and experience leading people or cross-functional initiatives.

Conduct virtual onboarding and live data validation with dealership stakeholders, confirm network/configuration readiness, deliver product tours and training, maintain training materials and documentation, create dealership champions, and provide level 1–2 support and UI testing.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the UpdatePromise application via phone, email, and tickets. Create SOPs and training materials, run reports, test updates, manage accounts, follow up with customers, and assist internal teams with user/company setup and administrative tasks.
