Conduct virtual onboarding and live data validation with dealership stakeholders, confirm network/configuration readiness, deliver product tours and training, maintain training materials and documentation, create dealership champions, and provide level 1–2 support and UI testing.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the UpdatePromise application via phone, email, and tickets. Create SOPs and training materials, run reports, test updates, manage accounts, follow up with customers, and assist internal teams with user/company setup and administrative tasks.

Lead and own the engineering function: make architecture and release decisions, mentor backend engineers, respond to P0/P1 incidents and author RCAs, perform hands-on backend work (including ActiveMQ→SQS migration), monitor via DataDog/CloudWatch/X‑Ray, optimize infrastructure costs, maintain Confluence runbooks, and own DMS/OEM integrations and SOC 2/PCI-DSS engineering responsibilities.
