Support planning and delivery of community programs (Fun in the Sun, VITA, learning centers). Manage logistics, volunteer coordination, stakeholder engagement, data collection, budget tracking, outreach, and recordkeeping to ensure effective, inclusive program outcomes.

Support workplace and corporate giving campaigns, donor stewardship, campaign logistics, gift acknowledgements, event and sponsorship support, CRM data management, and cross-team reporting to increase fundraising revenue and engagement.

Manage 100+ workplace campaign accounts, drive corporate fundraising strategy, steward executive relationships, coordinate campaigns, gifts, payroll processing, events, sponsorships, and maintain donor data and reporting in the CRM.

Support the Manager of Marketing & Strategic Development by creating and distributing website, print, multimedia, and social media content to share United Way's mission. Assist with planning and execution of community and fundraising events and perform additional tasks as organizational priorities evolve.

Lead United Way's Major Gifts program: manage and steward a portfolio of major donors and foundations, prospect for new major and leadership donors, prepare proposals and donor communications, coordinate events and sponsorships, maintain CRM and clean donor data, and collaborate across teams for reporting and donor engagement.
