Drive proof-of-concepts, document standards, mentor teams, and ensure solutions enable analytics, BI, and data science workloads across the enterprise.

Provide Level 2 Windows-focused NOC support: administer and harden Windows servers, troubleshoot OS/Active Directory/connectivity issues, monitor systems, remediate incidents, manage software/agents, produce reports, maintain documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.

Manage IT changes through assessment, approval, scheduling, implementation, and review. Coordinate CAB meetings, evaluate risk and impact, monitor change execution, maintain ITSM records, analyze KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, improve change processes, ensure ITIL and audit compliance, and support emergency changes during major incidents.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, incident remediation, and configuration support in a 24×7 NOC. Own escalated tickets, document root causes, produce reports, maintain network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 training.

Provide Level 2 Windows systems administration and troubleshooting for development, test, and production servers. Perform patching, re-imaging, GPO configuration, OS hardening, software/agent management, monitoring, incident remediation, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, and create runbooks to train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 operations on rotating shifts.

Administer and maintain Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers including imaging, patching, package management, and shell-level maintenance. Monitor systems, troubleshoot complex OS/service/connectivity issues, own Level 2 incidents through resolution and root-cause analysis, produce operational reports, maintain documentation/configuration data, create runbooks, and train Level 1 analysts. Support 24x7 operations across rotating shifts and ensure compliance with export-control and authorization requirements.
