Supports daily operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems in an 11-story commercial building. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, water treatment testing, cooling tower and chiller servicing, plumbing work, key rekeying, drywall repairs, and painting. Reports equipment concerns, maintains safety and cleanliness, and develops building engineering skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

Serves as the primary HR partner for Southern California operations, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, labor relations, talent processes, and organizational change. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports union-represented employees, maintains HR data and reporting, delivers training, and assists with startups, transitions, restructures, and acquisitions. This field-based role requires regular onsite presence and regional travel.
