Lead and supervise hotel engineering and maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient operations. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and preventive maintenance programs. Manage inspections, emergency responses, contractor coordination, inventory, maintenance records, and support energy-efficiency and budgeting efforts while ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.

Perform routine janitorial duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, break room cleaning, restocking supplies, emptying trash, dusting, window and equipment cleaning, maintaining janitor closets and equipment, following chemical handling and PPE protocols, and engaging with staff and visitors.
