Lead daily operations of a veteran-focused residential program, provide life-skills coaching, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling, facilitate groups and activities, manage intakes and documentation (HIPAA), coordinate transportation and services, maintain records, track inventory/donations, and support HMIS reporting and program compliance.

Lead daily operations of housing and supportive services, supervise multidisciplinary staff, ensure compliance and HMIS data integrity, manage budgets and facility operations, build community and VA/CoC partnerships, monitor outcomes, and oversee quality assurance, training, and emergency preparedness to support veteran housing stability.

Provide one-on-one case management to veterans to achieve housing, employment, health, and recovery goals; coordinate VA and community services; develop and track action plans; facilitate life-skills groups; perform home visits and client transportation; maintain records and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Develop and execute digital communication plans to raise program awareness; create and publish content for social media, websites, and email; write and edit marketing and fundraising collateral; manage analytics and paid media campaigns; produce basic graphics; collaborate with partners, vendors and stakeholders to optimize engagement.

Build employer relationships and pipelines to place veterans; provide career coaching, resume/LinkedIn support, interview prep, and sourcing; run outreach events and track client progress in CRM and job boards.

Support daily operations of veteran housing programs including client recordkeeping, financial tracking, grant administration, event coordination, intake and onboarding, reporting, and administrative support to staff and leadership.

Provide trauma-informed, non-physical support to women veterans and at-risk women in supportive housing. Conduct safety rounds, wellness checks, and crisis de-escalation; connect residents to services, assist with housing stability tasks, document interactions, and coordinate with clinicians and property staff. Work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 residential team to foster safety, mentorship, and community engagement.
