Build and deploy production generative AI and agentic systems for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include identifying valuable customer problems, shaping technical architecture, developing multi-agent workflows and integrations, and owning systems through deployment and scale. The role requires hands-on ownership of evaluation, observability, security, reliability, latency, scalability, cost, and measurable business outcomes while collaborating directly with senior technical and business leaders.

Own and improve multi-cloud production infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure. Build developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Terraform modules, and production Kubernetes environments. Lead incident response, root-cause remediation, observability, networking, security, cost optimization, and reliability initiatives. The role requires hands-on automation and programming, collaboration with security and application teams, mentoring, global on-call participation, and regular overlap with U.S. Pacific Time.

Build and operate infrastructure for evaluating coding agents and language models. Design end-to-end features spanning data models, APIs, background workers, and UI; run sandboxed trials; score and aggregate results; improve benchmark quality checks; integrate models and agents; and maintain performance, reliability, concurrency, migrations, tests, and code quality.
