Owns and develops a core monolithic application end to end, including feature development, integrations, performance optimization, monitoring, database integrity, secure data flows, code reviews, and deployment practices. Partners with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and customer teams to shape the technical roadmap, evaluate technologies, maintain AWS infrastructure, and ensure reliable, scalable, secure systems compliant with healthcare data requirements.

Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and APIs using PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. Implement responsive, accessible front-end features, integrate with third-party systems (payments, EHR, auth), participate in architecture reviews, write tests, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, and collaborate with product and clinical teams.
