Oversee regional waste disposal operations, coordinating disposal, transportation, sales, logistics, and service teams. Optimize routing, quoting, approval, QA/QC, and facility selection processes; resolve waste discrepancies; manage process codes; support site assessments, bids, proposals, and cost analysis. Maintain third-party facility relationships, ensure hazardous waste regulatory compliance, identify capacity and workflow improvements, and align regional operations with corporate goals.

Perform prospecting and lead qualification through cold calls, email and social outreach. Manage CRM, set appointments, support BDM sales strategies, attend networking events, and complete training with a path to Business Development Associate.
